The author encourages the use of technology, and he readily admits there are times when gathering a number of people together is necessary: training sessions; seminars; customer reviews; talk-through and walk-through rehearsals; conferences and conventions; group compliments; and pep talks.

Parts of this book will cause strong dialogue around a table of school administrators. It caused me to reflect on some of the meetings I have managed and those I currently attend. In this era of accountability, where we are expected to do more with less, leaders must work smarter. Some of the tools in this book will show you how to make more efficient use of your most important resource--time.
