(2) (SNA Network I ) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors will recommend a final 2002 dividend of $0.125 per share, payable May 28, 2003 to shareholders of record as of May 14, 2003. The dividend will be voted on at the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held May 8, 2003 in Luxembourg. This final dividend will bring Stolt-Nielsen S.A.'s total cash dividends in respect of fiscal 2002 to $0.25 per share, compared to $0.25 per share in respect of fiscal 2001.
