"Eagletech Communications, Inc. is one of the most exciting companies to come to our attention in recent years," Dennis C. Hass from Stockreporter.de said today. He continued: "In telecommunication it is increasingly difficult and expensive for callers to reach intended parties and for mobile professionals to stay in touch with important contacts. It is estimated that business professionals lose seven hours per week. To address this challenge, Eagletech Communications, Inc. (OTC BB:EATC) has developed proprietary unified communications The real time redirection of a voice, text or e-mail message to the device closest to the intended recipient at any given time. In fact, the predicted growth in unified messaging is estimate to be $31 billion by 2006. Referring to this enormous and unlimited growth potential we are particularly pleased to issue today a strong buy recommendation for Eagletech Communications, Inc. (EATC)."

Dennis C. Hass added: "We are strongly convinced that this company has an extremely strong potential. Therefore we strongly believe that this company is going to belong to the best performing shares of the OTC and BB segment." He continued: "In our opinion this share really deserves a strong buy recommendation and has enormous potential from the next few weeks and months way into the year 2000."

The report of Stockreporter.de includes the following information:

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Eagletech was incorporated in the State of Florida in December 1996 to manufacture, market and distribute unique communications products. A major marketing opportunity was recognized for any company which could develop beyond a unified messaging service a low cost unified communications call management solution. The solution had to go beyond mere message storage and provide the ability for the user to be reached at any location, at any time. In addition the solution had to provide for one central location for all calls, messages and faxes.

In today's competitive business environment, success often depends on the ability to satisfy customers' demands for availability and responsiveness. This has become increasingly difficult as workers spend more time on the road as well as working at home and in branch offices.

Currently, most mobile and remote professionals have cell phones, pagers, laptops, email and corporate voice mail in order to stay in contact with co-workers and customers. Still with all these available business tools, three out of four calls fail to reach their intended party. Eagletech provides solutions that increase productivity and efficiency.

Eagletech delivers a full suite of communications services that integrate seamlessly with a company's existing communications infrastructure or work as a stand alone solution. With these services, no money is invested in desktop or telecommunications hardware. Rather there is one set monthly charge irrespective of irrespective of

Because of the proprietary manner in which Eagletech delivers these services, Eagletech is and will remain the low cost communications service provider A Communications Service Provider or CSP is a company that transports information electronically. The term encompasses public and private companies in the wireline, wireless, Internet, cable, satellite, and managed services businesses.  while operating at high profit margins.

Eagletech's proprietary solution to this telecommunications challenge is the "EagleOne" flat rate service which includes: -0-

-- "One Number-Follow Me"- Provides for call transfers of up to four
     telephone numbers.

-- "EagleAttendant"- Autoattendant greeting with a custom recorded
     business greeting.

-- "EagleAnnounce"- Screens your calls, when the caller announces
his or her name, you can take the important calls and send others
     to Voice Mail.

-- "EagleMail"- Voice mail, callers have the option to leave a
detailed message of up to five minutes in length. Calls are
     automatically deleted after 30 days.

-- "EagleMessage"- EagleMail messages are delivered within minutes.
Messages are re-delivered until you are found. You specify how
often and how many times deliveries are attempted.

-- "EagleWeb"- Set up and make changes to your transfer numbers,
message delivery parameters, etc. using your web browser, or when
on the road, from a cell phone. Messages can be delivered to your
email address and heard on a multimedia computer.

-- "EagleFax"- Store and forward your faxes to any fax machine.
EagleFax will notify you when you have received a fax.

What these suite of products provide is a universal local number which connects the business professional, wherever he or she is working, to important calls and messages through telephone interfaces. Using one universal access number, the company for its employees or the business professional for himself or herself receives for one flat fee per month regardless of how many minutes are spent utilizing these services:

-- Local access using one telephone number

-- Call forwarding of up to four numbers

-- Integrated voice mail system

-- Call announcement

-- Efficient call management

-- Internet management and message delivery

In addition, company accounts will include customized solutions such as fax on demand or the "EagleDirectory." After the autoattendant answers with the customized company greeting callers, EagleDirectory gives a directory of extensions formatted in the method which works best for the company.

Eagletech has developed a proprietary switching capability which provides an ongoing cost advantage to the provision of its services. The Company's enhanced switching device increases significantly the capacity of that switching device.

All other communications service providers utilize switches which have at minimum two lines bound together, the incoming and the outgoing, for the duration of a typical seven minute business call. For a standard T-1 switch, 24 simultaneous conversations are possible. During peak use, this limits all other communications providers to 300 subscribers per T-1 switch.

The Eagletech proprietary solution increases the density for the same T-1 switch from 300 to 1500 to 2000 subscribers during peak use. Eagletech has filed a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office The United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO or USPTO) is an agency in the United States Department of Commerce that provides patent protection to inventors and businesses for their inventions, and trademark registration for product and intellectual property  for this proprietary solution and will pursue foreign patent protection for critical markets.

Eagletech will customize a system for a company and build a switch with the standard capacities of the EagleOne Enhanced Service Enhanced service is service offered over commercial carrier transmission facilities used in interstate communications, that employs computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol, or similar aspects of the subscriber's transmitted information;  Bureau. This system will integrate seamlessly for the company. For its Enhanced Service Bureau customers, Eagletech will build systems for each defined geographical areas. Additional switches may be added to a system at any time as demand increases in an area for Eagletech's products and services. The cost of assembling and maintaining these proprietary switches are minimal.

GROWTH INDUSTRY

The average business professional uses six telecommunications tools:

-- Playing telephone tag

-- Placing multiple unanswered phone calls

-- Waiting for information

-- Receiving disruptive phone calls

-- Getting busy signals

What users need is a way to simplify, allowing them to use all these devices more efficiently so they can do their jobs more effectively.

In fact, the predicted growth in unified messaging is estimate to be $31 billion by 2006. (Ovum, Inc.) The problem with almost all of these services is that unified messaging services do nothing to address the overwhelming problem of "telephone tag telephone tag

MARKETING STRATEGY

There are two distinct markets for Eagletech's products. The first is integration of these services into a company's existing PBX (Private Branch eXchange) An inhouse telephone switching system that interconnects telephone extensions to each other as well as to the outside telephone network (PSTN).  system. Here the solution is customized to the needs of the company which has multiple employees covered by the system. The first implementation of these customized solutions will be in the real estate market where it is absolutely critical for a broker to be reached by a client. The customized solution will provide for not only "One Number-Follow Me" service but also other features appropriate for this class of customers such as "Talking Signs," "Talking Ad's," fax-back Information and the ability to capture Caller ID A telephone company service that sends the caller's telephone number between the first and second ring of the call. If the calling number is not blocked, the calling number is displayed on the handset or base station of the called party.  information from home buyers who respond to a Talking Sign or Advertisement. The first two real estate systems will be operational in the fourth quarter of 1999 in South Florida.

. Further, local voice mail service bureaus have never before offered call transfers, long term message storage or fax mail

The first priority for Eagletech is to install development systems in selected offices at the two national real estate brokerage firms where contracts for the "EagleOne" System have been signed. This will give Eagletech demonstration sites as well as clients who can verify the value of EagleOne to other potential clients as well as potential strategic collaborators. With minimal marketing and sales efforts, it is anticipated that other real estate brokerage firms in Florida can be signed as clients. In the real estate business, there is a great deal of interaction between brokers of different firms. A new communications tool which is extremely helpful to brokers from one firm will quickly be a necessity for other brokers to have at other firms.

These two demonstration sites and other real estate brokerage firms in Florida which can be signed with minimal marketing and sales effort will be critical for obtaining a strategic partner which will roll out this product designed for companies to other real estate brokerage firms as well as other corporate markets such as health care, financial services The examples and perspective in this article or section may not represent a worldwide view of the subject.

and the building industry which typically deploy personnel off premises. There are approximately 13,500 telephone interconnect companies which sell and install PBX and key telephone systems across the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  who are candidates for filling this strategic partnering role. Further, these two demonstration sites will be helpful in obtaining a strategic partner to market and sell the EagleOne Enhanced Service Bureau product.

The second market is a service bureau designed for business professionals who are not part of a larger organization which provides these critical communications services. Using local points of access, Eagletech will provide individuals with the full range of its services in given geographic areas. In the fourth quarter of 1999, Eagletech will begin the national roll-out of its service bureaus in Dade and Broward Counties of Florida.

The basic positioning of both the company and service bureau products is to provide a universal local number which connects the business professional, wherever he or she is working, to important calls and messages through telephone interfaces. Using one universal access number, the company for its employees or the business professional for himself or herself receives for one flat fee per month regardless of how many minutes are spent utilizing these services:

-- Local access using one telephone number

-- Call forwarding of up to four numbers

-- Integrated voice mail system

-- Call announcement

-- Efficient call management

-- Internet management and message delivery

In fact, there no longer is a need for a pager since the business professional will have the call forwarded to wherever that professional is, have the call announced and then the professional will decide whether to take it or have it forwarded to voice mail.

Again it is critical to demonstrate that the service bureau functions as positioned as well as create a base of satisfied customers verifying the significant market potential for this unified messaging service. Accordingly, Eagletech will build two local switches to provide this service in Dade and Broward Counties, Florida. The product will have no charge for the first month and, if the client decides to continue the service, the set-up fee will be waived. The service bureau will be offered through independent cellular telephone dealers in each of these two counties. Each dealer will be given a set amount of customers to whom they can give the service. For each customer who decides to use the service, the dealer will be given a $50 commission together with a residual income Residual Income (also called Passive Income) is income earned on an ongoing basis for effort done once in the past.  (15%) from the monthly revenue stream generated by the customer. It is anticipated that a very high percentage of clients will elect to continue the service after the one month free trial period.

The experience in Dade and Broward Counties together with the experience at corporate accounts will be instrumental in obtaining a strategic partner for the EagleOne Enhanced Service Bureau product. This strategic partner can be a retail chain such as Radio Shack See RadioShack.  which sells a significant amount of telecommunications equipment or a partner capable of bundling this product with their respective telecommunications products. Alternatively, Eagletech can contract with independent sales representatives on a commission only basis to market and sell the EagleOne Enhanced Service Bureau product to independent cellular telephone dealers. In either event, Eagletech together with its strategic partner or independent sales force will roll-out EagleOne to the major metropolitan regions of the country.

The pricing for the EagleOne service bureau product is $24.95 per month with a one time $24.95 set-up fee. The pricing will be similar for company accounts. Eagletech is the only communications provider which markets a flat rate for One Number - Follow Me Service. All other unified messaging services include a measured metered rate charge for minutes utilized during a month. . As the low cost provider of these services, Eagletech can bundle these rental service bureau products at a most affordable flat monthly cost of $24.95 without a measured metered rate charge and still be extremely profitable.

EARNINGS PROJECTIONS

The following projections estimated by the management are based on conservatively projected revenues. So we consider these figures to be both very realistic and achievable:

                  Gross Revenue:

                  Year 2000: $4,071,840
                  Year 2001: $24,217,718
                  Year 2002: $75,571,573

                  Gross Profit Margin:

                  Year 2000: $1,659,666
                  Year 2001: $13,920,591
                  Year 2002: $47,377,104

A company whose shares of common stock are held by the public and are available for purchase by investors. The shares of publicly traded firms are bought and sold on the organized exchanges or in the over-the-counter market.
with total shares issued and outstanding of approximately 8.4 million which in case of a conservative estimate leads to the following earnings projection per share, taking additionally into account a revenue boost for 2000 expected by Stockreporter.de:

Earnings Projection per Share:

                  Year 2000: $0.30
                  Year 2001: $1.65
                  Year 2002: $5.64

EVALUATION AND OUTLOOK

Following these projections and calculations we conservatively expect $0.30 earnings per share for the year 2000. Therefore we set our share price target to $14 for the year 2000 at a conservatively estimated PER of 45 which in case of this tremendous growth potential seems to be more than justified. Hence, the share is clearly undervalued at a current price of about $7 per share.

                  Share Price Targets:

                  Year 2000: $14
                  Year 2001: $74
                  Year 2002: $254
