(YDHCF), Yantai, China, a paper manufacturer in Shandong Shandong or Shantung (both: shän-dng) [east of the (Taishan) mountains], province (1994 est. pop. 86,520,000), c.59,000 sq mi (152,850 sq km), NE China.  Province, has announced a 1 into 3 split for its common stocks effective on April 23, 2003. An April 3 meeting of YDHCF's board of directors resolved to issue two additional shares for each common stock issued and outstanding as a stock split for no consideration to its shareholders of record on April 13, 2003. At present, YDHCF has a total of 11,149,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
