Stick your advice Bill; FIRED ORLA'S BLAST AT TV BOSS.. THE APPRENTICE.

Byline: BY MAEVE QUIGLEY

THE Apprentice's Orla McAdam yesterday told billionaire Bill Cullen to stick his advice.

The 24-year-old blonde got fired by the tycoon on Monday night's episode of the hit show for being too quiet.

But she said she's not going to become aggressive just to win business deals.

Orla, from Dundalk, Co Louth, added: "It was a case of unfair dismissal - Stuart should be out, not me.

"I am back in work with Solvay Healthcare.

They were kind enough to keep my job open for me and I'm delighted to be back.

"Bill's final comments to me were to be more aggressive but I'm not going to be taking that on board at all. I don't want to be a pitbull and I have done quite well in my career so far without being aggressive.

"And that is one thing I am not going to change about myself - whether he advises it or not.

"So stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Bill."

Orla said the giant egos in the Apprentice house were not to her taste - and she won't be giving her phone number to most of the other contestants.

She added: "I have to say that I would be very happy if I didn't have to see some of the other contestants ever again.

"There will be a few people I'll keep in contact with - Joanna, Shane, Orla and Sarah. But I think that will be it.

"Being on The Apprentice was a great experience and I don't regret going in. But maybe if I had to do it all again I would be more aware that it was a television show and speak up a little bit more or be more interesting for the cameras.

"I'm not quiet - as most people who know me would testify. The problem is getting me to shut up rather than speak up."

ORLA'S VERDICT

BRENDA: She's tough but very cunning. She has been manipulating a lot of people in the house.

PADDY: Great personality. That's one of his strengths making him a good business bet.

NICKY: Looks too much for others' reassurance but could be moulded into a good Apprentice.

STUART: My mum once told me if I have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all.

JOANNA: Joanna to win! She's pure gold, a brilliant person who is ballsy and is one in a million.

ORLA POWER: She's very independent and never gets involved in any bitching.

SARAH: She's hilarious - they haven't shown that side to her personality yet - dynamic, fun.

MARK: Just got into the show as he's like a mini- Bill. I haven't seen any business talent from him.

SHANE: A good businessman who is also good fun. But I think his mouth can get him in trouble.

'It's a case of unfair dismissal ..Stuart should be out not me.

Bill wants me to be aggressive but I'll not turn into a pitbull'
