Steve Grimaldi Joins PrismTech; RTE Leader Attracted by PrismTech's Fast-Growing Military / Aerospace Business.

BURLINGTON, Mass. -- Respected Real-Time and Embedded (RTE) Middleware Expert Appointed to Lead US Business Development Activities

PrismTech a leading provider of distributed and wireless software infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Steve Grimaldi to Senior Technical Account Director for the US Military / Aerospace sector. In this role Steve will help direct PrismTech's sales and marketing activities to the major technology-oriented defense contractors of the DoD and related federal and commercial programs.

Steve is a well respected figure within the software infrastructure community and is especially recognized for his expertise in real-time and embedded middleware. He is one of the original contributors to the OMG(TM)'s RTESS (real-time, embedded and specialized systems) task force and has been actively involved with major users of embedded middleware for over 20 years. Steve's expertise is also directly relevant to PrismTech's recently announced infrastructure products for software-defined radio (SDR) OEMs and PrismTech's extensive C4I systems integration business.
