Sterling model wins award.

Sterling Properties' The Legends at Livingston was honored recently with a prestigious award from the Community Builders Association. The organization holds an annual ceremony to recognize the area's most outstanding residential communities.

The Legends community's Sterling model was singled out with an award for "Best Merchandized Single Family Home."

The residence--which has already been sold--contains six bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths, a finished basement and 8,200 s/f of living space.
