This marks the 39th acquisition for the Sterling American Property Fund IV. The office property comprises 235,000 s/f and is 15% occupied. Sterling was represented by Rob Lowe and Whit McCrary of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, who are also members of the investment group. The Colliers firm will manage the property.
