) today announced availability of its STAR:Flashpoint client/server integration tool specifically targeted at the AS/400 environment, called STAR:Flashpoint for the AS/400.

New product features focus on the specific requirement of the AS/400 including pop-up window pop-up window n (Comput) → Popup-Fenster nt  support, subfile support, new emulator support, and 25th-line support added to the integration strengths of market leading STAR:Flashpoint product.

The Desktop Integration Division's decision to address the AS/400 environment stems from the system's widespread use. The Desktop Integration Division has completely automated the pop-up window process in STAR:Flashpoint. STAR:Flashpoint for the AS/400 supports integration of AS/400 applications with relational databases and desktop applications like Microsoft Word A full-featured word processing program for Windows and the Macintosh from Microsoft.
