) company, has introduced a new technologically advanced mileage counter and trip recorder for the heavy duty trucking industry.

The new product, called DataTrac(TM), is an electronic hubodometer that provides Stemco customers with a highly reliable tool for scheduling maintenance, determining lease charges, validating guarantees and calculating costs per mile. DataTrac's electronic design is Stemco's first step toward a comprehensive Information Systems product for management of fleet assets and monitoring the use and condition of fleet equipment.

The lightweight, completely electronic DataTrac is the most accurate mileage counter available for use on both heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Retrieval of precise mileage information is simplified by a large, easy to read LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) A display technology that uses rod-shaped molecules (liquid crystals) that flow like liquid and bend light.
