Stellent offers integrated e-mail records management.

Stellent's e-mail records management functionality, part of its Universal Content Management architecture, allows users to submit e-mail and e-mall attachments into the Universal Content Management system through a drag-and-drop interface in Microsoft Outlook and index e-mall attachments and make them searchable, as well as present them in Web formats such as PDF and HTML. The solution also enables users to automatically tag e-mail and attachments for records management, designate e-mail and attachments as "candidates" for a record, triggering a workflow to have them reviewed by a records manager for final determination, and allow users or applications to send e-mall and attachments directly to content folders, project folders, or record plans.
