, Jr. is the new president of the band instrument division of Steinway Musical Instruments Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc. (NYSE: LVB) is a musical instrument manufacturing conglomerate.

Through acquisitions and mergers, the company (formerly known as Selmer Industries) has acquired a large number of musical instrument brand names and manufacturing
, Inc. (recently renamed Conn-Selmer), replacing Thomas Burzycki, who has retired. Stoner also will serve as a director on the board.

While at Steinway Musical Instruments, Burzycki played a key role in the company's acquisition of Steinway & Sons in 1995. It was that acquisition that led to the company's initial public offering in 1996. Burzycki is currently president of the National Council of Music Importers & Exporters. He is past president of the National Association of Band Instrument Manufacturers and the American Music Conference.
