Stefko adds his firepower to Alston & Bird practice.The national law firm of Alston & Bird LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol announced that William C. Stefko will join the New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. Stefko brings with him substantial experience in structured finance transactions relating to the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS CMBS See: Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities ) market and, in particular, collateralized debt obligations Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) A general inclusive term which covers Collateralized Bond Obligations, Collateralized Loan Obligations, and Collateralized Mortgage Obligations, (CDOs). He joins the highly credentialed team of 60 lawyers in the firm's Real Estate Finance and Investment Group. The Group offers a wealth of expertise in the CMBS market, including large loan originations and the sale, securitization, syndication and servicing of commercial mortgage loans for capital markets.
