Bill Cunningham is an American talk radio host. His full-time job is hosting The Big Show with Bill Cunningham, a local show on 700 WLW in Cincinnati, Ohio. Show." Zielinski had gone on the show the week before, and he planned to discuss the ongoing lockout lockout, intentional closing up of a company, factory, or shop by an employer to prevent employees from working during a strike or labor dispute. The term lockout at AK Steel Corp.'s plant in Mansfield, which began on September 1, 1999. AK Steel allegedly threatened to pull its advertising from WLW if Zielinski returned on the 30th.
