A feature-driven release, this latest version enables corporations and law firms to find, review, track, and produce all paper and electronic documents with enhanced functionality, further increasing the productivity of those reviewing and preparing for litigation. As Steelpoint continues to offer version 4.5 to its clients and prospects, the company moves to beta testing in February 2004 with an exciting new release of Introspect eCM, version 5.0. With total security at all levels, including case, folder, document, annotation, and field, version 4.5 includes the following new features:

performance of backup, restore, and archiving operations on

-- Advanced Ad-Hoc Printing allows printing of one or more

number of options, such as print from original document or

redactions, print specific page ranges, or add slips between

-- New web-based Document Wizard functionality allows addition of

new documents to a collection, copying of documents into a

folder for easy access, and populating of index fields from

-- Usability improvements on Introspect eCM Explorer include

persistent zoom settings, persistent document orientations,

sorting of drop-down lists, full text type-ahead for lists,

auto-resizing of lists to fit largest item, and many more

usability features.

-- Introspect eCM Browser enhancements, including variable length

page setting and resizable document viewer panes, provide

enhanced review capabilities.

-- Technology update to built-in OCR engine offers greater

accuracy and speed in document rendering, resulting in

significant cost savings.

-- Integrated e-discovery capabilities and services ensures

Introspect can handle all electronic data discovery needs,

including on-line review and production of paper and
