its sales were up 13% for the year and 15% for the quarter, in addition
to a more than 60% profit for FY2005. The company's representatives
say industry-wide turn-around began in the second half of last year and
picked up momentum through the current fiscal year. Steelcase,
meanwhile, declared its highest quarterly dividend since 2001, at $0.09
per share. The company said its Q1 sales were up 13%, with its forecast
calling for even better results.
