Stealth Condoms Shot Down

Stealth condoms, which markets red, white and blue condoms in packages shaped like the Stealth Bomber with the motto "They'll Never See You Coming" is being sued by Northrop Corporation, manufacturer of the Stealth bomber for alleged trademark infringement.

Northrop claims that its bombers will be held in "disrepute" because of the condom company's use of the name, which is also "likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive."

John Hughes, owner of Stealth Condoms, Inc., said, "We offer a heck of a lot more protection than the Stealth Bomber, at a lot less cost."
