 SG-04-10 is particularly encouraging as it is the deepest and most easterly test of the epithermal system. The seven mineralized intervals in SG-04-10 occur within a 103-metre thick alteration zone consisting primarily of silica silica or silicon dioxide, chemical compound, SiO2. It is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in alkalies, and soluble in dilute hydrofluoric acid. Pure silica is colorless to white.  and adularia ad·u·lar·i·a

The Quartz Lake area has many copper, gold and silver showings and several large-scale alteration systems that need extensive exploration. The data compilation Compiling a program. See compiler.  and recent geological mapping will provide a coherent picture that will guide future exploration in this highly prospective area.

In addition, the Company conducted a district-scale prospecting, geological mapping and sampling program on its 730 square kilometre Square kilometre (U.S. spelling: square kilometer), symbol km², is a decimal multiple of the SI unit of surface area, the square metre, one of the SI derived units. 1 km² is equal to:
  • 1,000,000 m²
  • 100 ha (hectare)
Conversely:
  • 1 m² = 0.
 land position in the Toodoggone region and collected and assayed nearly 10,000 samples from soil, silt, rock and drill core. News will be released on these sampling programs, which produced several new areas of significant mineralization. The data will be compiled and interpreted over the next few months.
