MVA METHODOLOGY

MVA IS THE MARKET VALUE of a company's equity plus the book value of its debt, minus the capital contributed by shareholders and tenders. The change in a company's MVA from the start date of the CEO to September September: see month.  2002 is the Delta MVA.
