Staubach uses its reach to execute six lease transactions across state.


The Staubach Company used its national reach to secure six lease transactions in several key New Jersey markets.

The Staubach team of John C. Giordano, III, principal; Charles H. Dillon, vice president; and Christopher T. Conklin, associate, were responsible for consummating the following transactions on behalf of their clients:

* Zurich American Insurance Company signed a 52,404 s/f lease renewal at 1 Upper Pond Road in Parsippany.

* Leapstone Systems, Inc. signed a 21,410 s/f lease renewal at 220 Davidson Avenue in Somerset;

* St. Paul St. Paul

as a missionary he fearlessly confronts the “perils of waters, of robbers, in the city, in the wilderness.” [N.T.: II Cor. 11:26]

 Travelers completed a 19,235 s/f sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  disposition to Arch Reinsurance The contract made between an insurance company and a third party to protect the insurance company from losses. The contract provides for the third party to pay for the loss sustained by the insurance company when the company makes a payment on the original contract.  at 360 Mt. Kemble Avenue in Morristown.

* Cybershift, Inc. signed a 12,716 s/f lease at 600 Parsippany Road in Parsippany;

* Columbus Hill Capital Management, LP signed a 6,693 s/f lease at 830 Morris Turnpike in Short Hills. The Staubach Company's Frank J. Cotilla, senior vice president, provided project management services, procured the architect/engineer and hired the general contractor A general contractor is an organization or individual that contracts with another organization or individual (the owner) for the construction of a building, road or any other execution of work or facility.  on this six-week project.

* Verocrine Inc. USA signed a 16,500 s/f lease at 562 Central Avenue in New Providence New Providence, city, United States
New Providence, borough (1990 pop. 11,439), Union co., NE N.J.; settled c.1720, set off and inc. 1899. It is largely residential but has some light industry. Roses and fruit are grown there commercially.
