Curriculum Online, is a suitetable tool for the teaching environment because the majority of teachers and students have some familiarity with Excel and so users do not have to spend valuable time learning a new software package. N-SEA is used in conjunction with Excel and will enhance learning techniques.

N-SEA software offers several advantages: --

* Teachers and students avoid the learning curve inherent in more complicated mathematical and statistical software packages because they are able to use universally understood Excel charts.

* Data is easily entered and manipulated using Excel-supplied tools prior to graph production.

* Limitations of standard Excel vis-h-vis instruction, especially in regards to charting functions, are overcome. For example, there are wider variety of continuous data charts such as histograms and frequency diagrams.

* Charts are freely printed or transferred to other Microsoft packages that are often used in instruction such as Word or PowerPoint
