Static control for hard-to-reach spaces. (Auxiliaries).

A new static-control device delivers a concentrated flow of ionized air to remove dust and other contaminants from a charged surface. Stay Set Ion Air Jet from Exair Corp. in Cincinnati is particularly suited to treating hard-to-reach spaces.

The unit is said to minimize compressed air use by inducing air flow at a ratio of 5:1. A flexible hose keeps ionized air aimed at a specific spot. The magnetic base allows for easy mounting on a benchtop or machine. A shutoff valve provides infinite control of force and flow. For hands-free operation, an optional foot pedal is available.
