Statewide advertising grievance committee needs new members.
Nominations are being sought for lawyer and public members of the Statewide Advertising and Solicitation solicitation

The committee investigates and makes recommendations as to the disposition of attorney advertising complaints. Because the committee is a special grievance committee, nominees are sought from throughout the state. The committee meets primarily by telephone conference each month. Appointments are for three years and lawyer members must have been members of The Florida Bar The Florida Bar is the mandatory state bar association for the state of Florida. It is the third largest such bar association in the United States. Its duties include the regulation and discipline of attorneys. for five years by the date of appointment.
