Staten Island property offers retail foothold.


Amboy Plaza, a Class A 74,988 square-foot shopping center in Staten Island's densely populated south shore waterfront community, is on the market for sale through New York-based Rockwood Realty Associates, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Rockwood has been exclusively retained by Amboy Realty, Inc. to sell to principals on an all-cash basis only.

"Amboy Plaza is 98.3 percent leased," said Daniel McNulty, president of Rockwood. "This is a rare opportunity to gain a retail foothold in Staten Island's burgeoning population boom, which was recently calculated to be five times greater than the New York City New York City: see New York, city.
