The following is a statement by the Director of Offshore Gaming, Gyneth McAllister on behalf of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda Antigua and Barbuda (ăntē`gə, –gwə, bärbu`də), independent Commonwealth nation (2005 est. pop. 68,700), 171 sq mi (442 sq km), West Indies, in the Leeward Islands.  

Starnet Communications International Inc. has three wholly owned subsidiaries Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
 duly incorporated under the International Business Corporation Act in Antigua and Barbuda. One of these corporations holds a license to operate both its transaction server and corporate office in St. John's Antigua since 1997. The software used by World Gaming is that of Softec Systems Caribbean Inc. which is another subsidiary of Starnet Communications International Inc., in Antigua and Barbuda. Starnet has proven itself to be a sound corporation and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Mark Dohlen has demonstrated integrity in all aspects of the corporation's dealings with this Government.

The raid on the offices of Starnet Communications International Inc. in Vancouver last week has in no way affected the status of the license held by World Gaming or the steadily increasing number of applications for Gaming Licenses streaming in from Softec Systems Caribbean Inc., two of which were submitted as recently as Wednesday August 25, five days after the raid in Vancouver.
