Business Editors/Automotive Writers

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 2003

The United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC USHCC United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce ) is extremely pleased that the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) and the National Association of Hispanic Automobile Dealers (NAHAD NAHAD National Association of Hose and Accessories Distributors (Annapolis MD, USA) ) have reached a mutual agreement to work in unity to ensure fairness and diversity in the automobile industry automobile industry, the business of producing and selling self-powered vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, farm equipment, and other commercial vehicles. .

We applaud the efforts of NAMAD Chairman H. Steve Harrell, Sr., and NAHAD Chairman Lou Sobh for making this merger happen. Two years ago, with assistance from the USHCC, NAHAD was established to provide a mechanism for equally qualified and experienced Hispanic auto dealers to have their concerns heard and increase representation of Latinos throughout the auto industry, including the opportunity to own foreign and luxury dealerships.

Inclusion and reciprocal Bilateral; two-sided; mutual; interchanged.

Reciprocal obligations are duties owed by one individual to another and vice versa. A reciprocal contract is one in which the parties enter into mutual agreements.
participation is better for both of our communities because united we are stronger. The outcome of this merger is a win-win for both organizations and the USHCC will continue to remain supportive as long as Latinos have an equitable seat at the table.
