I just read Lynn Wightman's fine article in the October 2005 Parks & Recreation magazine. As the retired Pennsylvania director of state parks, I noticed that he omitted two Pennsylvania state parks <onlyinclude>

Fort Necessity National Battlefield, located near Farmington, Pennsylvania, commemorates the first military engagement of the French and Indian War (known as the Seven Years' War outside of the United and in 1975, Independence Mall State Park was absorbed by Independence National Historical Park Independence National Historical Park: see National Parks and Monuments (table). .
