State of Kansas Awards ManTech Vital Statistics Integrated Information System Contract.

ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a Fairfax, Virginia-based information technology and technical services solution provider supporting U.S. Federal Customers, announced today that the State of Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has awarded ManTech Solutions & Technologies Corporation (MSTC) a firm fixed price contract to design, develop, and provide systems integration for a state-of-the-art web-based Vital Statistics Integrated Information System (VSIIS) for the State of Kansas. The contract has an estimated value of approximately $1.9 Million.

MSTC, a subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation, will tailor and customize its VRVweb(R) system for the State of Kansas KDHE to allow health facilities throughout the state to securely add data directly to the State's repository of vital records via the Internet. The new vital records system will streamline the entire process, from collecting data through issuing certificates. An upgraded point-of-sale system will streamline the certification process, and a centralized, integrated database for all types of vital records will allow the state to effectively manage and report vital records data to state and federal agencies. ManTech's next-generation VRVweb(R) system is a Web-based, integrated vital records application with modules for Birth, Death, Fetal Death, Marriage and Divorce.
