State assistive technology programs.


The following state assistive technology Hardware and software that help people who are physically impaired. Often called "accessibility options" when referring to enhancements for using the computer, the entire field of assistive technology is quite vast and even includes ramp and doorway construction in buildings to support  programs are funded by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) is a United States governmental institution that provides leadership and support for a comprehensive program of research related to the rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities.  (NIDRR NIDRR National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (US Department of Education) ) under the Technology-Related Assistance For Individuals With Disabilities Act of 1988 (and Amendments of 1994).
