(NYSE: STT) has selected the Onyx customer relationship management (CRM) solution as its global CRM standard to provide a shared base of information about clients' relationships with State Street.

State Street will implement the Onyx solution worldwide across multiple divisions, including sales and marketing, relationship management, and client service. The company intends to use Onyx as a tool in building and enhancing client relationships and measuring the effectiveness of sales, marketing and service activities.
