Trends in State Public Health Legislation 2006, a policy analysis conducted for the Council of State Governments includes a legislative summary, list of bills introduced, and the status of each bill. The material is organized into chapters covering the following topics:

5. Adolescent and School Health,

6. HIV/AIDS HIV/AIDS Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome  and STD (Subscriber Trunk Dialing) Long distance dialing outside of the U.S. that does not require operator intervention. STD prefix codes are required and billing is based on call units, which are a fixed amount of money in the currency of that country.  Prevention,
