 who is currently visiting the Sultanate. At the beginning of the meeting, Sayyid al-Busaidi welcomed the gust, exchanged cordial conversations with him and discussed matters of common concern. He affirmed the deep existing relations between the two friendly countries. During the meeting, Sayyid al-Busaidi also gave a briefing to the guest on the Governorate of Muscat, its role in serving the society, in addition to reviewing a number of historic, tourism and civilizational landmarks in the wilayats of the Governorate. On his turn, the British guest expressed his admiration over the civilizational landmarks in the Governorate of Muscat in this prosperous reign. He also valued the pioneered role pursued by the Sultanate's government under the leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said in pushing forward the development wheel in the country and cementing cooperation relations with other countries. --- Ends/AH/ KH
