SAN FRANCISCO -- Today Ubisoft, one of the world's largest video game publishers, announces that Star Wars Lethal Alliance[TM] for the Nintendo DS[TM] has released and will be at North American retailers this week. This release follows the successful launch of Star Wars Lethal Alliance[TM] for the PSP[R] (PlayStation[R]Portable) system last week.

In the years between Episodes III and IV, Princess Leia proposes a dangerous quest to secure the future of the Rebel Alliance. As the deadly duo of a Twi'lek named Rianna Saren and her security droid, Zeeo, players must infiltrate Imperial-controlled planets, fight legions of evil fiends, and return with the plans for the most destructive weapon in the galaxy - the Death Star.
