Stanley LaBounty offers something slick.

Stanley LaBounty, Two Harbors Two Harbors may refer to:
  • Two Harbors, Minnesota
  • Two Harbors, California, on Santa Catalina Island, California
, Minn., has introduced an automated blade lubrication lubrication, introduction of a substance between the contact surfaces of moving parts to reduce friction and to dissipate heat. A lubricant may be oil, grease, graphite, or any substance—gas, liquid, semisolid, or solid—that permits free action of  system designed to significantly reduce maintenance and enhance shearing performance.

The new line of shears, called the MSD (MicroSoft Diagnostics) A utility that accompanied Windows 3.1 and DOS 6 that reported on the internal configuration of the PC. A variety of information on disks, video, drivers, IRQs and port addresses was provided.  Saber-Lube Series, will be presented to demolition contractors at the National Demolition Association show in Nashville in late March and at the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries Inc. (ISRI ISRI Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries
ISRI Institute for Software Research, International (Carnegie Mellon University)
ISRI Information Science Research Institute
ISRI Intelligent Systems Research Institute
) Annual Convention in Las Vegas in early April.

The company says its field testing is showing that the automated lubrication system accomplishes several goals:

* Doubles blade life

* Cuts build-up welding time on the affected jaw areas in half

* Reduces downtime by two weeks or more per year

* Converts blade friction to usable cutting power

* Offers less welding, which means less heat build-up cycles

* Reduces noise

* Provides easier removal of wear parts. A company news release also claims that the new shears feature smoother hydraulics, "with an overall cutting process that is smoother and reduced shock loading throughout the shear and excavator ex·ca·va·tor
