The offer presented to the Committee for Recognition of Nursing Achievement (CRONA) included pay raises totaling more than 15 percent over three years, which would make SHC and LPCH nurses among the best compensated in the Bay Area. The offer includes increases to other wage benefits and an enhancement to the retirement plan. The Hospitals have been in negotiations with CRONA leadership to reach new contracts since the beginning of the year.
