Stamford just the tonic for healthcare company.


W&M Properties has attracted its second tenant in one month from Greenwich to First Stamford Place, announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the building.

Currently located at 1445 East Putnam Ave in Greenwich, IVANS IVANS Insurance Value Added Network Services , Inc., a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions, has signed a new five-year three-month lease at 100 First Stamford Place, where it will occupy 4,684 s/f on the third floor.

"Being located in Greenwich did not offer the proximity to the train station that IVANS really wanted for recruiting purposes," says Jacqueline Pinyan-Durels, vice president of GVA GVA
