Stamack Construction making out in high end spas.


Stamack Construction is making its mark in the hospitality industry with a number of nationwide projects for renowned hoteliers and high-end spa facilities. Stamack's first major project for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the parent company of Westin Hotels Westin Hotels & Resorts are an upscale hotel chain owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. As of 2005 Westin operated over 120 hotels in 24 countries. History

In 2006, Stamack partnered with W Hotels Worldwide, to complete a full-scale lounge renovation in the lobby of the W New York--the Tuscany.

Also in 2006, Stamack continued its partnership with Starwood through a pair of projects at the W Los Angeles-Westwood: the renovation of a highend model suite and the relocation and build-out of Sweat, a 24-hour fitness facility.

The firm further strengthened its bonds with the hospitality industry last year when Bliss World commissioned it to build a pair of luxurious spa facilities in LA and Dallas.

The $3.4 million, 7,000 SF Bliss Spa at The W Los Angeles--Westwood was constructed on an aggressive schedule that required the coordination of numerous owner vendors. The spa incorporates state-of-the art technologies with trademark Bliss amenities and services.

The Bliss Spa at the W Dallas Victory created a 5,100 SF facility with nine treatment rooms, movie-while-you manicure nail stations, and an in-spa boutique on the 16th floor of the new hotel.
