Stallion Enters Heavy Hauling Market.

HOUSTON -- Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Oilfield Heavy Haulers LLC, a trucking company based in Louisiana. Oilfield Heavy Haulers ("OHH") provides heavy-duty rig trucking and heavy hauling services to the oilfield. Their assets include a fleet of cranes, rig-hauling trucks, trailers and loaders specifically designed for the oil and gas industry.

Tony Cook, President of OHH, will continue with the company which will operate as Stallion Heavy Haulers, LP. "I am excited about the possibilities for expansion and cross-selling that this combination provides for both Stallion and Heavy Haulers.
