Timekeeping System[TM] helps healthcare organizations with compliance, staffing, and other labor-management issues. It automatically calculates the number of personnel working during any user-defined time period that divides evenly into 24 hours.

Staff Coverage identifies staffing levels for individual employee classifications (nurses, nursing assistants, aides, etc.) for specific time segments, such as 15, 20, or 30 minutes. That information can be used to ensure compliance with state and other labor staffing requirements. The data also help the organization optimize optimize - optimisation  staffing levels by comparing, for example, the number of nurse assistants on staff with the number of beds filled at a given time.

Staffing information is calculated automatically when employees clock in and out of their shifts. Staff Coverage is included in the latest version of UNITIME Automated Timekeeping System at no extra charge.
