Stacy Alexander Becomes CFO at SK Foods.

MONTEREY, Calif. -- SK Foods Corporate Controller Stacey Alexander, CPA, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at this California-based international processor and manufacturer of tomato products.

As chief financial officer, Ms. Alexander will concentrate her efforts on global finance functions, forecasting and strategic planning to support the company's agricultural and manufacturing operations.

SK Foods Chief Operating Officer Mark Grewal says, "Ms. Alexander brought a valuable breadth of expertise to SK Foods when she joined our firm last year." He continues, "She has done an exceptional job as controller."

In her own words, Ms. Alexander explains, "I look forward to assisting our senior managers in forecasting, and also actively supporting relationships with our business partners."

Prior to joining SK Foods in 2005, Ms. Alexander was in the Silicon Valley office of the public accounting firm KPMG, serving a wide variety of clients not limited to agriculture. She is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Fresno State University. Ms. Alexander is based at the company's offices in Lemoore, California.
