Stacking System

For more efficient use of valuable floor space, Ridg-U-Rak offers a high density stacking system known as Stac-U-Rak. The system's removable pallets (shelves) are 100% accessible and adjustable on 4" increments. Rigidly braced pallets feature full depth fork entry pockets for preventing accidental pallet tip over. Stac-U-Rak features a rack-supported integral crane which permits fast storage and retrieval, ending long waits for lift trucks.

The standard crane is rated for 2,000 pound loads, but a 4,000 pound system with motorized bridge is also offered.

Many other features are available including video screens to assist the operator in positioning and handling the loads.

The Stac-U-Rak system protects valuable tools, dies, fixtures, subassemblies, work-in-process and other materials. High strength bolts support pallet hooks and act as a safety stop by preventing unintended upward movement. Standard rack heights range up to 16" but higher systems are available including 'man-aboard' units.
