 by Studley to help consolidate a portion of its vast city-wide real estate portfolio as well as bring a variety of departments under one roof, the Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers (SVCMC SVCMC Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers (New York) ), one of the metropolitan area's largest health care systems, has leased 104,562 SF of office space comprising the entire 12th floor at 450 West 33rd St. in Manhattan.

Working with the building's owner, Max Capital Management Corp., Studley structured a transaction in which the landlord terminated its existing lease arrangement with DoubleClick.com for the 12th floor and replaced it with a new long-term direct lease with St. Vincent.

"While in need of the rent, capital and timing benefits that many built-sublease spaces offer, the conversion to a long-term direct lease at 450 West 33rd St. provides SVCMC with the rights and provisions appropriate for a tenant of its size and stature with a quality landlord," stated Matthew Barlow, executive managing director of Studley.
