St. George Metals, Inc. Announces 3rd Payment of $2,500,000 Delivered to CMKM Diamonds, Inc.


VEGREVILLE, Alberta Vegreville is a town in central Alberta, Canada. It is located  km ( mi) east of Alberta's capital city, Edmonton. It sits roughly at the geographic centre of the province. The primary economic base of the town is agricultural.  -- St. George George, river, c.345 mi (560 km) long, rising in a lake on the Quebec-Labrador boundary, E Canada. It flows N through Indian Lake (125 sq mi/324 sq km) to Ungava Bay (an arm of Hudson Strait).  Metals, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGGM) is pleased to announce that the Company has delivered a 3rd payment of $2,500,000 U.S. Dollars to CMKM Diamonds, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMKX) totaling now $7,500,000 U.S. Dollars of the $10,000,000 U.S.D. joint venture agreement between St. George Metals, Inc. and CMKM Diamonds, Inc.

In consideration for $10,000,000 US Dollars and two hundred billion (200,000,000,000) restricted shares of SGGM St. George Metals, Inc. will purchase a 5% unencumbered Unencumbered

Property that is not subject to any creditor claims or liens.

Notes:
For example, if a house is owned free and clear (meaning the owner owes no mortgage to anyone), it is unencumbered.
 and absolute interest in any and all mineral claims held by CMKM Diamonds, Inc.

CMKM Diamonds, Inc. is one of the largest holders of claims in the Fort A La Corne Saskatchewan Saskatchewan, province, Canada
Saskatchewan (səskăch`əwən, –wän', săs'–), province (2001 pop. 978,933), 251,700 sq mi (651,903 sq km), W Canada.
 diamond exploration fields which include DeBeers and Kensington.

The Company is anticipated to deliver the remaining additional payment of $2,500,000 within the next 30 days.
