Spring Into Safety.


As spring approaches, we look forward to enjoying the benefits of outdoor recreation. Playgrounds will once again see the attention of fun-seeking children and that's why it is timely that we present several articles concerning playgrounds and playground safety in this issue. It is important that we provide our youth with both safe and entertaining recreation opportunities, and equally important that we share with our children the enriching benefits that recreation provides.
