Spring Bottling Concern Becomes Publicly Traded.

MESA, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2001

The Theme Factory Inc., a Nevada corporation ("THEME") (OTC BB: TMFT), has completed the 100 percent merger of AquaPure International Inc., ("AquaPure"), a Nevada corporation, and the 100 percent acquisition of Water Star Bottling Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("WATER STAR") and its 85 percent subsidiary Geyser Products LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation, ("Geyser") pursuant to separate Definitive Agreements and Plans of Acquisition ("the agreements") that were conditioned upon mutual closing.

AquaPure, Water Star Bottling and its subsidiary Geyser Products, LLC are all now subsidiaries of the public parent company Geyser Group Ltd.

Theme's name was changed to "Geyser Group Ltd," and a new symbol, "GEYR" has been assigned to the company, from the old symbol TMFT.

Prior to closing of these agreements, a principal shareholder of Theme canceled 1,145,000 shares to the treasury of Theme, and Theme effected a 3 for 1 share dividend for the outstanding shares of record at March 12, 2001.

AquaPure was organized to acquire operating spring water bottling companies through business combinations and acquisitions. Geyser bottles and markets throughout 50 states, and has the exclusive rights of North America's only cold water GEYSER, located in the Bridger/Teton National Forest in Wyoming. The company markets pure spring Geyser water, plus a variety of fruit-flavored spring water drinks nationally.
