Spotlight on global capital trends.


NYCREW NYCREW New York Commercial Real Estate Women  Network will begin the new year with an event in its "Industry Spotlight Spotlight can refer to at least three types of lighting:
  • a searchlight;
  • stage lighting used in theatre to focus an audience's attention on a performer or event, known as a Followspot;
" series focusing on global trends in the real estate capital markets.

The event will feature Dennis Dennis is a male first name derived from the Greco-Roman name Dionysius meaning "servant of Dionysus", the Thracian god of wine, which is ultimately derived from the Greek Dios (Διος, "of Zeus") combined with Nysos or Nysa (Νυσα), where the  Yeskey, national director of Deloitte & Touche's real estate capital markets practice, as well as senior managing director of its national real estate services practice. The event will take place Tuesday Tuesday: see week. , January 31, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the offices of Deloitte & Touche, 2 World Financial Center, 3rd floor.

Mr. Yeskey will discuss Deloitte's annual Real Estate Capital Markets Industry Outlook, which highlights projected global trends in commercial real estate, focusing on the top ten critical issues for the industry.

A new brokerage customer who simply walks into the office. Although walk-ins are generally assigned to brokers, they have the right to specify a preferred broker.
 registrations are permitted, subject to space. Those registering in advance (by 5:30 p.m. on January 27), will receive the benefit of a discounted rate, which for members is $45, and for non-members is $65. Registration fees after January 27 are $55 for members and $75 for non-members.
