In a deal brokered by agent Esther Newberg of International Creative Management and Senior Editor Michael Green, Philomel Books will publish Travel Team, a novel about a boy whose giant determination and love of basketball more than make up for his smallish stature. Travel Team is slated to come out in September 2004.
