 Banker Commercial Properties Unlimited has announced that Riverdale Riverdale, village (1990 pop. 13,671), Cook co., NE Ill., a suburb adjacent to Chicago; inc. 1892. Its large steel mill closed with the national decline of the industry.  Development Association has acquired 7, 875 s/f of property in Riverdale, Bronx Riverdale (population approximately 45,000, according to the 2000 U.S. Census) is a middle- and upper-class residential neighborhood in the northwest Bronx, New York City.

As part of the transaction, Riverdale Development Association will divide the property into two lots: 5,275 square feet of land use and 2,600 square feet for the existing retail building. The retail building will have a PM from one of the sellers, while Riverdale Development Association is planning on using the air rights from the retail building to develop a residential building on the land site.

"We were able to work with the sellers and-the new buyer to come to a sound agreement that benefited all the involved parties," said Barry Barry, Welsh Barri, town (1991 pop. 45,053) and port, Vale of Glamorgan, S Wales, on the Bristol Channel. Once a major coal-exporting port, its more diversified export products include cement, flour, and steel products.  Fields, a veteran agent who recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial and specializes in the sale, financing & leasing of prime retail property & development sites served as sole-broker on the transaction.
