Splinternet to adopt and market McNulty's innovative XStorage on-line data archive system

NORWALK, Conn. -- Splinternet Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: SLNH) announced today that Scott McNulty has joined its management team as Chief Marketing Officer. McNulty has had an impressive 25-year career highlighted by visionary and pioneering technology innovation. Along with President James Ackerly, McNulty will be a key driver of Splinternet's technology strategy, and will help to spearhead the company's innovation, creation and execution of a new category of web-based communications.

McNulty brings to Splinternet more than 25 years experience in product innovation, marketing and advertising. Most recently, as President and CEO of Cambridge Marketing, he developed and brought new technologies to market. McNulty has been a pioneer in on-line digital preservation and storage systems, and in launching on-line sound museums such as www.spacesounds.com, which was honored with a Webby - the Internet's most prestigious award - for Best Use of Sound and Music in 2005.

McNulty is also the creator and developer of XStorage, the most advanced on-line storage system on the Internet. XStorage operates the website www.xstorage.com, which allows users to back up and store their personal data on the web. Users of xstorage.com can upload and sort multiple files simultaneously, organize data, and broadcast that data to assigned users without compromising the security or proprietary nature of files.
