Dr. Yang will be reporting directly to Mr. David Sheu, Chairman & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . His functions will include but are not limited to the management of the organization's IP commercialization and management, R&D resource integration and technological acquisitions and development. Dr. Yang joined Spirox as a Board Director in 2002 and most recently held the position of Vice President of our R&D Department. Prior to Spirox, Dr. Yang was a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University Chung Yuan Christian University(abbreviated: CYCU, Traditional Chinese:中原大學) is a Taiwanese private university located in Jhongli City, Taoyuan County. Between 1989 to 1995, Dr. Yang held the positions of senior specialist and technical superintendent at the Chung Shan Institute of Science and Technology, where he successfully developed an artificial intelligence based target identification system and a real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation system. Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. degree from National Tsin-Hua University, Hsinchu in 1989. He also received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineer at the National Cheng-kung University in Tainan.
